The beauty of Alana De La Garza is awe-inspiring on small screens. De La Garza born 1976 to an Irish mother and a Mexican father in Columbus Ohio. Her move to Texas to pursue an occupation as an Occupational Therapist at the University of Texas. De La Garza moved from Texas to Orlando Florida and took on various acting roles in local independent film as well as international commercials. Even with the minor roles, she discovered that she was a performer with a interest. She relocated from the Midwest to New York. Her first role was on the soap-opera All My Children. There were minor roles in JAG The Las Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men at the beginning of 2000. Her first major part came in the year 2004 on the short dramatic The Mountain. She played Maria Serrano and De La Garza was fortunate enough to share the screen with some famous TV actors such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Anson Mount and Mitch Pileggi. In 2006 she was also cast as A.D.A. in Law & Order. Connie Rubirosa. She was a part of 85 episodes. Her character was later seen on the short-lived spinoff Law & Order: LA. This particular character earned De La Garza many nominations including Best Supporting Actress - Television by the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In addition, the National Hispanic Media Coalition awarded her the Impact Award, which is presented to outstanding performers in a drama TV series. De La Garza got a recurring part in CSI Miami a few moments further. She was Marisol Delko and wife to David Caruso's character Horatio Caine. Her most recent TV appearance was in NBC's dark show Do No Harm as Dr. Lena Solis. Alyssa Milano was canceled by NBC after only two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. Her older sister Cory is 10 years younger than her. She was raised in a family that was conservative and extremely religious. Milano's professional career started at seven, as her babysitter took her to an audition. The audition she took part in was one of over 1000 hopefuls. Milano was chosen as one of only four girls. Milano appeared on the television in commercials as well as off Broadway productions like an adaptation musical of Jane Eyre.
